The First and Last Letter is all that really matters …
Alpha (Α or α) and Omega (Ω or ω) are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, and a title of Christ and God in the Book of Revelation. Can you see how our lives make sense simply because Jesus is the beginning and End of it. That’s the beauty about surrendering to Christ and trusting Him – HE makes everything make sense and without Him (First and Last letter) nothing makes sense. That is another reason we should pray when we get up and when we lay our heads to sleep. That is why we give thanks in everything – even though some things don’t make sense right now. That is why we begin and end our day with Christ in prayer so that we can trust Him to make whatever happens in the day to make sense. That is why we can say: ALL things work together for good … . That is why we should leave things in His hand to end it for us. That is why we should never estimate our lives by what we experience right now – because that is the middle part – seal it and end it by entrusting it to Christ and He will make it make sense. That is also why when we die in Christ – death is just the middle part – it is sad, painful and heartbreaking but Jesus will make it all make sense in the end (Resurrection). Let us trust God.
